These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgentBoosts Solutions, a product of DAT Media Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
AgentBoosts Solutions provides AI-powered lead follow-up, appointment booking, CRM automation, and related marketing services for local businesses, delivered through the GoHighLevel platform and related integrations.
Services require a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly management fee as outlined in your service agreement. Monthly fees are billed on the 1st of each month. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By providing a phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS messages and phone calls from DAT Media Marketing LLC / AgentBoosts Solutions related to your inquiry or service. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We do not share your number with third parties for marketing.
All workflows, automations, and systems built by AgentBoosts Solutions remain the intellectual property of DAT Media Marketing LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the system during active service.
AgentBoosts Solutions is not liable for lost revenue, missed leads, or business outcomes resulting from platform outages, third-party service interruptions, or client-side issues. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 30 days.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client access to the platform will be suspended and data may be exported upon request within 14 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
